Practioners' Workshop: Insolency Law in practice

The debtor's 'mosaic' of options

Associates of the law firm will present a relevant seminar-workshop on insolvency law issues in cooperation with the publishing house "Law Library".

This Seminar practically and systematically exposes the range of options available to the over-indebted debtor (legal or natural person) to achieve debt settlement or discharge. It attempts a presentation of the practical tools provided by law with the aim for practicing lawyers to utilize the best possible options in the cases they face.

Within the Seminar, participants will on one hand receive answers to their questions, and on the other hand, through examples, understand the practical issues arising from the implementation in practice, among others, of the tools of the Insolvency Code (Law 4738/2020), so as to provide their clients with personalized high-level legal services.
