PRACTITIONERS’ WORKSHOP: CORPORATE DISPUTES
The associates of the law firm will host a seminar-style Workshop on issues related to corporate disputes, in collaboration with the publishing house of Nomiki Bibliothiki.
During the Workshop, a wide range of disputes and conflicts that may arise within the corporate life of a public limited company will be presented, covering conflicts between the board of directors and the company's owners, as well as among different groups of shareholders. Participants will not only receive answers to their questions but also have the opportunity to engage with judicial precedents and case studies, enabling them to better understand the disputes that arise in corporate life and how to address them effectively.
