Judgment of the Court of First Instance of Nafplio annulling the negative declaration of a third party

A court decision was issued by the Nafplio Court of First Instance to annul a negative declaration by a third party, against whom we turned to seize rent payments owed to one of our debtors (seizure in the hands of a third party). The third tenant claimed, inter alia, that he had paid the rents by offsetting them against his own counterclaims, but this was not accepted by the court.
