Nafplio Court of Appeal decision on liability in case of transfer of business

A decision was issued by the Court of Appeal of Nafplion, which accepted our lawsuit against a one-person company in which the activity of a general partnership was “transferred” to avoid payment of its debts. The lease contracts concluded between the IKE and the LLC were recognized as fictitious and the transfer of the business from one company to the other was proven (liability under Article 479 of the Civil Code).
