The defense of the debtor against the request for the imposition of personal detention in civil litigation

An injunction was issued by the Athens Court of First Instance ordering the conservative seizure of bank accounts of newly established affiliated companies and relatives of natural persons through which our debtor was doing business in order to circumvent the enforcement measures against him. As a result, a settlement was reached and the case was closed.
