The Defence of the Recipient of an Individual Payment Notice for the Debts of a Deceased Relative towards the State

A decision was issued by the Athens Magistrate Court ordering the sealing of all the objects (furniture and household goods in general), which belong to the deceased's estate and the exclusive property of his heirs, located both in the rented house in which the deceased's wife, who was his heir by will, continued to reside, and in another house, also belonging to the estate of the deceased, in order to prevent their misappropriation to the detriment of our clients - the other heirs.
