The Athens Court of Appeal issued a decision ordering the suspension of a scheduled auction of a property of a Public Limited Company for the reason that already at the time of the seizure, with the knowledge of the creditor bank, the procedure of the out-of-court debt settlement mechanism (Law No. Therefore, the bank's action to proceed with the seizure in the midst of negotiations was deemed to be contrary to good morals and the execution procedure was suspended.
