Areti Kolokotroni specializes in Civil and Commercial Law, with the ability to handle cases in a wide range at both judicial and consulting level. She is an active litigator with considerable experience before the Courts.
Her main tasks include, among others, drafting of pleadings of all kinds, the legal representation of clients before Courts and authorities, the out-of-court resolution of disputes and the legal support to individuals and legal entities.
At the same time, during her time in the firm, she has successfully handled numerous Banking Law cases, in which immediacy and detailed handling were required to avoid forced execution procedures against our clients.
Before joining the company, Areti worked for several years as an associate in a Law Office based in Thessaloniki, acquiring extensive experience with particular emphasis on Civil, Labor and Corporate Law cases.
Areti Kolokotroni is a qualified Lawyer, a registered member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association, licensed to practice before the Court of Appeal. She is a graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she also obtained her Master’s degree in Civil, Civil Procedure and Labor Law.
