Danai Stamarga is a lawyer, associate of the law firm and member of the Athens Bar Association. She handles civil, banking, bankruptcy and criminal law cases.
She specializes in civil law cases (leases, real estate, etc.), as well as in cases related to forced execution procedures. She also deals with cases of negotiation between debtors and credit institutions to find out-of-court solutions, both on a practical and advisory level.
Her main tasks include, among others, drafting of pleadings of all kinds, the legal representation of clients before Courts and authorities and legal advice, with a view to finding immediate and practical solutions to serve the clients’ interests.
