George Kefalas is a lawyer and partner of the law firm. He deals in particular with banking and commercial law cases, while he specializes in insolvency and corporate over-indebtedness law issues, as well as in enforcement matters.
He deals with commercial law issues, in particular company law and insolvency law, both at the level of judicial practice and at the level of consultancy, while he has a postgraduate specialisation in company law and economics.
In addition to the judicial representation of our clients, he deals on a daily basis with corporate debt settlement issues, both at the level of negotiations with creditors and at the level of utilization of the respective legislative instruments, while he is particularly immersed in the institutions of corporate reorganization and the out-of-court mechanism. He also advises our clients in the field of corporate and tax law.
