A preliminary injunction was issued by the Athens Court of First Instance on the prohibition of termination of a contract for the opening of a Parallel Account (AAL) amounting to approximately 800,000 euros with the main request of the application for injunctive relief being the prohibition of termination until the validity of our client’s claim regarding the unfairness of a variable interest rate clause and the reimbursement of unpaid interest.
